"El Guero" Raimundo Dávila Played by: Rafael Amaya A playboy and rising star in the Sinaloa cartel, Davila falls in love with Teresa Mendoza, vowing to give her everything. His assassination spurs Teresa's vengeance, and is the main reason she becomes a legend in the drug world.
Epifanio Vargas Played by: Humberto Zurita Epifanio is El Guero's godfather and the leader of the cartel. He orders El Guero's assassination and seeks full control of the drug trafficking trade in Mexico.
Sheila Played by: Cuca Escribano A rival prostitute at "El Yamila," Sheila and Teresa become enemies upon first encountering each other. But their fates intertwine in later episodes and change their relationship forever.
Dris Larbi Played by: Nacho Fresneda Owner of "El Yamila" bar in Melilla, where Teresa works when she arrives in Spain, Dris, who also runs a prostitution ring, falls in love with Teresa and is bitterly jealous of her relationship with Santiago.
El Gato Fierros Played by: Gabriel Porras El Gato is a member of the Sinaloa Cartel who is hired to kill Teresa after El Guero's assasination. His only desire and goal is to kill Teresa and in the pursuit he follows her from Mexico to Spain.
Patricia O´Farrel Played by: Cristina Urgel Patricia O'Farrell meets Teresa in jail and helps her enter the world of drug trafficking. She harbors a deeper lust for Teresa.
Coronel Abdelkader Played by: Eduardo Velazco A colonel in the Moroccan Army, Abdelkader is also a drug trafficker and close ally of Teresa's.
Santiago "El Gallego" Fisterra Played by: Iván Sanchez El Gallego smuggles black market goods such as cigarettes across the strait of Gibraltar into Spain. Teresa helps him enter a more lucrative trade and the two embark on a romantic affair that takes them to Malaga.
Soraya Played by: Lorena Santos Soraya is a Spanish prostitute who crosses paths with Teresa when she arrives in Spain.
El Ratas Played by: Salvador Zerboni Epifanio's nephew, El Ratas is assigned to kill Teresa on her flight to Spain.
Lalo Veiga Played by: Pablo Castañón Santiago's best friend and associate in the smuggling trade, Lalo falls in love with Soraya around the same time that Santiago meets Teresa. He later becomes Teresa's business partner.
Teo Aljarafe Played by: Miguel de Miguel Teo becomes Teresa's primary lawyer, helping her launder money earned in the Spanish drug trade. But he keeps a secret that will later affect Teresa's work.
Siso Pernas Played by: Mighello Blanco Siso Pernas's family runs the Galician drug syndicate, which controls the cocaine trade from the Americas to Spain. The clan is Teresa's main competitor in the Spanish drug trade.
Oleg Yasiko Played by: Alberto Jiménez A Russian crime boss, Oleg becomes Teresa's business partner after her release from jail and harbors unrequited love for her. He is suspicious of Teo Aljarafe and orders him followed, leading to the discovery of Teo's betrayal.
Batman Played by: Alejandro Calva Epifanio Vargas's right hand man, Cesar "Batman" Guernes takes charge of the Sinaloa cartel when Epifanio pursues politics but later betrays him to help Teresa.
Manolo Céspedes Played by: Alfonso Vallejo The governor of Melilla, Manolo pressures Teresa to provide him with sexual favors in exchange for helping her.
