President Barack Obama holds a 40-point lead with Hispanics over Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, according to a recent NBC News-Wall Street Journal-Telemundo poll. The problem? They don't seem particularly "energized" to go out and vote.

Ricky Martin is denying rumors that he said he admired Cuba's Fidel Castro and Venezuela's Hugo Chavez. "Ricky Martin has not, at any moment, expressed an opinion about the president or government of Venezuela. Actor Zac Efron recently revealed that he'd like to take Eva Longoria, who is 13 years his elder, on a date because he finds her "fascinating." Longoria was diplomatic about the situation: "I am very flattered by that. Although I do not know exactly how old he is and I suspect that could put me in jail if I accepted his proposal."

A toxicology report on the infamous "Miami Zombie" has revealed that the man, Rudy Eugene, did not have any "bath salts" in his system as police initially believed. The only drug found in his system was marijuana, according to the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner Department.

The Supreme Court has upheld the Affordable Care Act, the controversial healthcare reform bill nicknamed "Obamacare." The court ruled that the act's main provision, which requires people to purchase insurance or face a fine, is constitution because it can interpreted as a tax. "Whatever the politics, today's decision was a victory for people all over this country whose lives are more secure because of this law and the Supreme Court's decision to uphold it," said President Obama.
