A Spanish doctor has been ordered to pay child support after a botched abortion. The case was brought after a woman received an abortion and found out three months later that the abortion was not a success. The unnamed doctor has been ordered to pay $1,300 a month until the child's 26th birthday and a $189,000 lump sum for "moral damage."
