The Mexican army has discovered three "sophisticated tunnels" that were used by drug cartels to smuggle drugs along the U.S.-Mexico border. Although only one of the tunnels looked, officials estimate that each tunnel would cost about $1.5 million to build. DEA special agent Douglas Coleman: "When you see what is there and the way they designed it, it wasn't something that your average miner could put together."
