Rap veteran Lord Finesse has hit Mac Miller with a $10 million lawsuit for using the beat to Finesse's song, "Hip 2 Da Game," in the hit song "Kool-Aid & Frozen Pizza." Finesse says the beat, which he believes helped launch Miller's career, was used without permission. Miller says he "did nothing wrong," adding: "It's all love tho. I ain't even mad at dude. He still a legend."

José Ángel Medina (center) of Duranguense band Patrulla 81 says he was the victim of an "express kidnapping" while in Mexico City. Medina says that minutes after he jumped into a taxi, he was robbed by armed men who threatened his life if he went to police. After Medina was released, he said he walked for two hours along an unfamiliar road with no way to communicate with friends or family: "Fueron minutos eternos, en lo que pensé en mi familia, en la agrupación y en mi vida; el terror me bloqueó hasta el habla (The mintues felt like an eternity, and I thought about my family, my band and my life. The terror even left me unable to speak)."

Busted: Jorge Medina of La Arrolladora Banda El Limón may be thinking twice about sending racy pictures of himself over the phone after someone leaked a nude picture of Medina to the Internet.
