Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador of Mexico's PRD party says he will not accept PRI candidate Enrique Peña Nieto's victory in this year's presidential election. AMLO, as he is know in Mexico, maintains that Peña Nieto broke the rules: "The elections were neither clean nor free or genuine, therefore I will not recognise an illegitimate administration that emerged from votes that were bought and other grave violations of the constitution."

Espinoza Paz finally had his braces removed. The singer tweeted a picture of himself (and his new grill) with veteran singer Miguel Bosé. "Tuve la fortuna de conocer el señor MIGUEL BOSE y quise compartir esta fotografía," wrote Paz on Twitter.

EY FOOL, THEY BLOCKED TEXAS' VOTED ID LAW. A panel of three federal judges has blocked a Texas voter ID law because it discriminates against Latinos, blacks and the poor. The law required voters to present a photo ID before they could receive a ballot. "Simply put, many Hispanics and African-Americans who voted in the last election will, because of the burdens imposed by (the voter ID law), likely be unable to vote in the next election," wrote the judges in their opinion.
