Iconic ranchera singer Vicente Fernandez says he won't perform for candidates for the Mexican presidency: "Cantar para un candidato sería como decirle al público qué hacer. Ya cuando son presidentes o los eligió mi pueblo, entonces sí, mi respeto y todo, pero mientras no, yo no me presto. (Singing for a certain candidate is like telling people who to vote for. When one of them is the president, then I'll do it. With all due respect, I won't sing for any candidates while they are campaigning."

A Texas girl who was missing since 2010 was recently found in Colombia. After learning about the girl's location via Facebook, relatives later discovered that she was mistakenly deported by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement last year. Colombian government officials have refused to release the 16-year-old girl, who is currently in a detention facility.
