Sexting doesn't appear to be an obsession among young people, according to a new national survey. Only one percent of people between 10 and 17 report sending naked pictures of themselves by phone.

Former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega will be extradited from Florida where he is serving time for drug charges and returned to Panama to serve prison sentences for murder, corruption and embezzlement. Noriega worked with the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from the late 1950s until the 1980s.
