payback: Pitbull sues Lindsay Lohan, an anti-immigrant Senator is booted and Latin America sues South Carolina

Pitbull has filed a counter-lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan who sued him for using her name in his hit, Give Me Everything, where he sings: "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan." Pitbull, who has apologized for the lyric, now says it's justified, given all of Lohan's stints in jail.
Doctors in Texas are reporting that three recent cases of teenage heart attacks were connected to the synthetic marijuana drug, K-2. All three were 16-year-old boys with no history of heart disease who had admitted to recently smoking K-2.
