Is Gaby Espino carrying Jencarlos Canela's baby? Although it's just a rumor, the couple could be confirming the news in a joint webcast on Twitcam at 9pm EST.
Kelley Williams-Bolar, an Ohio mom who was convicted of two felony charges for using her father's address to send her daughters to better schools in a neighboring school district has had her felonies reduced to misdemeanors by Gov. John Kasich. "When I first heard about this situation, it seemed to me the penalty was excessive for the offense," he said. "In addition, the penalty could exclude her from certain economic opportunities for the rest of her life." Williams-Bolar’s case sparked national outrage. More than 100,000 signatures were gathered urging the governor or pardon her.

Update: Nike has revealed that it will only auction off 1,500 pairs of the shoes (which won't be self-lacing) to raise funds for Michael J. Fox Foundation.

The Puerto Rico Police Department -- the second largest in the U.S. -- uses "excessive" and "unreasonable" force, conducts illegal searches and commits other civil rights violations while failing to curb drug-fueled crime, the U.S. Justice Department said in a report issued Thursday. The investigation found that corruption within the department has led to more than 1,700 arrests of police officers on charges ranging from theft to murder since 2005, and the island is struggling to control a big spike in crime tied to the illegal drug trade.
