A U.S. judge has blocked the Food and Drug Administration from requiring tobacco companies to display graphic warning images on cigarette packs. Tobacco is the leading cause of preventable death in the U.S., accounting for one in every five deaths per year. Among Hispanic adults, 12.5 percent are smokers, down from 14.5 percent in 2009.
