(Kevork Djansezian/Getty) Are you with LoLo? Darcus Howe, a 68-year-old writer and broadcaster in London has captured international attention for putting a BBC news presenter in her place when she tried to accuse him of rioting. As Howe attempted to explain in an interview how the recent riots are tied to ongoing racial profiling of black youth by police, the BBC reporter, Fiona Armstrong, accused Darcus of rioting himself, to which he responded: "I have never taken part in a single riot. I've been part of demonstrations that have ended up in a conflict. Have some respect for an old West Indian Negro, and stop accusing me of being a rioter because you wanted for me to get abusive. You sound idiotic. Have some respect." The BBC has since issued an apology.
