Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have
separated, according to an unconfirmed report by magazine In Touch Weekly. The separation is being widely reported, but has yet to be confirmed buy the stars' publicists. Will and Jada have been married for 13 years and are the parents to budding stars Jaden and Willow Smith. Trey Smith, Will Smith's son from a previous marriage,
tweeted that the rumors are false.

As promised by the Obama administration last week, the U.S. Government has begun the process of
canceling deportation orders for potentially tens of thousands of undocumented immigrants. Homeland Security officials are reviewing 300,000 cases and are looking to halt deportations of longtime undocumented residents with clean police records who came here when they were children, or are close family of military service members, or are parents or spouses of American citizens.

Amy Winehouse's
toxicology report has revealed that there were "no illegal substances" in her body at the time of her death, according to a statement released by her family. "Results indicate that alcohol was present but it cannot be determined as yet if it played a role in her death," the family said. Winehouse died in her London apartment on July 23.
